Must be 21 or older Must have a physical street address Must have a local phone number Must have a valid Florida Drivers License If not retired, must have full time employment If renting, must have landlord permission Must live within 50 miles of our shelter No adoptions to college students We reserve right to do home visit as part of approval process We reserve the right to follow up on any adoption All animals will be spayed/neutered before placement       Adoptions are $80.00 per Animal Adoptions include: Spay/Neuter--Felv/fiv testing heartworm test--Rabies and yearly booster
